Three Rivers
DeWitt, Arkansas is uniquely positioned in the midst of the confluence of the Arkansas River, the White River, and the Mississippi River, Blessing us with a rich fertile tillable soil and an abundance of wildlife.
Dale Bumpers White River Refuge
Just 20 minutes from Grandview Acres you will find Dale Bumpers. It was established in 1935 to protect and conserve migratory birds and other wildlife resources.
The Champion Baldcypress
You'll want to come visit during the drier summer season to experience this giant - the oldest and largest tree in Arkansas. Located within Dale Bumpers White River Refuge.
Arkansas Post National Memorial
The oldest European settlement in Arkansas is Arkansas Post, established in 1686 by the French explorer Henri de Tonti. While it functioned as a vital trading post and the first territorial capital, it is no longer an active town. History has been preserved in the Visitor Center and Museum, You can also enjoy paved and unpaved trails, tours and fishing.
Merrisach Lake
Merrisach Lake Campground and Day Use Park is situated on the banks of Merrisach Lake and the Arkansas Post Canal in the lush bottomland forest of eastern Arkansas. The campground is described as off the beaten path, providing visitors with the peace and quiet to enjoy fishing, hunting, picnicking and boating.
DeWitt City Park
The park is home to a mile paved walking path, a well maintained playground and fishing dock.
